Setting Up a Custom Email Domain for Subscription Emails

Overview:
This guide will help you configure a custom email domain in the Easy Subscriptions Shopify app, allowing you to send subscription-related emails from your branded email address.

  1. Access the Easy Subscriptions App:
    – Log in to your Shopify dashboard.
    – Go to Apps > Easy Subscriptions.
  2. Navigate to Settings:
    – Inside the app, click on Settings in the left-hand menu.
  3. Find the Custom Email Domain Option:
    – In the Settings section, look for Custom Email Domain.
    – Toggle it On to enable sending emails from your domain.
  4. Enter Email Domain Credentials:
    • Username: Enter the email username.
    • Password: Enter the domain password (masked).
    • SMTP Server: Add your SMTP server address.
    • Port: Use port 465 for secure email transmission.
    • Authentication: Set to Yes.
    • TLS/STARTTLS: Set to True.
  5. Set the ‘From’ Email Address:
    – Enter the sender email you want customers to see in the From Email field.
  6. Save the Changes:
    – Click Save to apply the settings.
