👥 Managing Customers in Easy Subscription (Shopify) #
Building strong relationships with your Shopify subscribers is crucial for long-term success. The Easy Subscription app gives you a powerful customer subscription dashboard to manage recurring billing customers, boost retention, and offer personalized support.
Log in to your Shopify Admin and navigate to Apps → Easy Subscriptions → Customers.
Use filters to find customers by:
- Order ID
- Customer Email
- Customer Name
Click the Eye icon next to a customer to open their Shopify customer profile and review their subscription contract.
From the customer profile, you can:
- Update contact details
- Manage active or past subscription orders
- Provide tailored support
