Bulk Edit Shopify Subscription Contracts #
Overview
The Easy Subscription app for Shopify allows merchants to bulk edit subscription contracts with just a few clicks. Whether you’re adjusting product pricing, rescheduling delivery dates, or updating shipping methods, the bulk action tool helps you save time and streamline recurring order management.
Step 1: Navigate to Subscriptions
- From your Shopify Admin, go to: Apps → Easy Subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- This page displays all active and inactive subscription contracts.
Step 2: Adjust Number of Rows Displayed
- Use the Number of Rows dropdown to increase the number of contracts visible at once.
- This step makes it easier to perform a mass update of subscriptions in bulk.
Step 3: Select Contracts and Use Bulk Update
- Check the boxes beside the contracts you’d like to update.
- Once selected, new options will appear at the top of the list.
- Click on Bulk price update to open the bulk edit screen.
Step 4: Edit Price, Quantity, Shipping, and Schedule
- On the bulk edit screen, you can update:
- Price per contract
- Quantity of each item
- Shipping Method (title and cost)
- Reschedule Date for the next order
- Review all changes carefully, then click Save to apply.
