Easy Subscription understands that preferences may evolve over time, and customers may wish to change or customize the products in their recurring orders. That’s why Easy Subscription offers a simple and seamless process to swap products within an active subscription.

Whether customers want to try a new item, replace an existing product, or simply update their subscription to better match their current needs, Easy Subscription makes it easy to edit your subscription with just a few clicks.

Steps to Swap Products in a Subscription #

  1. Access Your Account:
    Customers should log in to their Shopify account and go to the account dashboard.
  2. Locate Subscription Management:
    Once logged in, navigate to the section labeled “Manage Subscriptions” or “Subscription Settings.”
  3. Select the Product Swap Option:
    Look for an option labeled “Swap Product”, “Change Product”, or “Replace Item”.
  4. Choose a Product to Replace:
    From your list of active subscription products, choose the one you want to replace.
  5. Select Your New Product:
    Browse from a curated list of eligible replacement products and select the item you’d like to receive instead.
  6. Review & Confirm:
    Double-check your selection to ensure it matches your preferences. Then click “Confirm Swap” or similar to update your subscription.
  7. Confirmation Email:
    After completing the product change, you’ll receive a confirmation email summarizing the updated details of your subscription.
