How to Reschedule a Shopify Subscription Order #

Need to reschedule an upcoming subscription order for a customer? The Easy Subscription app for Shopify allows merchants to easily change the delivery or billing date for any active subscription.
This guide will walk you through how to manually update the next order date to meet customer needs or adjust for inventory availability.
Step 1: Access the Subscription Contract
- From your Shopify Admin, go to: Apps → Easy Subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Locate and click on the subscription contract you want to modify.
Step 2: Open the Reschedule Option
- In the Next Order panel on the right-hand side, click the ✏️ pencil icon next to the scheduled order date.

Step 3: Choose a New Date
- A calendar will pop up.
- Select your desired new order date for the subscription.

Step 4: Confirm and Save
- After selecting the date, click Apply to schedule the change.
- Then click Save to confirm and update the contract.
The new billing/shipping date will now reflect in the subscription contract and will apply to the next cycle.
