This migration guide helps you seamlessly transfer your recurring billing data and subscription contracts from your current app to the Easy Subscriptions app on Shopify. If you’re using Authorize.Net as your payment gateway for subscriptions, ensure it’s correctly configured before beginning migration.
Ensure that Authorize.Net is connected as the primary or legacy payment gateway on your Shopify store.

- Log in to your Shopify dashboard.
- Go to Apps and open Easy Subscriptions.
Click on the Settings tab, then find and select the Import Subscription option.
Download the provided sample CSV file to format your subscription data correctly for import.
Log into your current subscription app and export all active subscription contracts, ensuring they include customer details, products, and billing schedules.
Copy your exported data into the Easy Subscriptions sample CSV template format, making sure each field is correctly mapped.
Upload your completed CSV back in the Easy Subscriptions Import Subscription section to start the migration process.
Download and review the Import Logs to identify and fix any errors during the migration.
You have successfully migrated your Authorize.Net subscriptions to the Easy Subscriptions app on Shopify. You can now manage all subscription activity directly from your Shopify admin.
