Managing Subscription Contracts in Easy Subscription #

Log into the Easy Subscription app and navigate to the Subscription Contracts tab in your dashboard. This is where you can manage active and inactive subscriptions in one central place.
Use the filtering tools to organize subscriptions by:
- Frequency Type (e.g., weekly, monthly)
- Subscription Status (active, paused, canceled)
This allows for quick sorting and bulk actions.
Search for specific contracts using:
- Subscription ID
- Customer Email
- Customer Name
This helps you locate and act on individual subscriptions quickly.
Click the “Eye” icon next to a subscription to view full contract details, including:
- Recurring billing frequency
- Product information
- Customer details
- Order history
Inside the detailed view, you can:
- Pause or cancel the subscription
- Skip upcoming orders
- Swap or update subscription products
- Edit billing frequency
- Modify the subscription plan
- View past activity and notes
