Update Shipping Details for Shopify Subscriptions #
Overview
Need to change the shipping address or delivery method for a subscription order? Using the Easy Subscription app for Shopify, you can easily manage your customer’s shipping settings, ensuring future recurring orders are delivered to the right address — with the correct shipping method and cost.
📦 To Update the Shipping Address
Follow these steps to edit the shipping address for an existing Shopify subscription contract.
Step 1: Open the Subscription Contract
- Go to your Shopify admin panel.
- Navigate to Apps → Easy Subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Select the customer’s active subscription contract from the list.
Step 2: Edit Shipping Address
- Scroll to the Shipping Address section.
- Click the ✏️ pencil icon next to the address.
Step 3: Modify the Address
- Update Country/Region
- First Name / Last Name
- Street Address, City, ZIP Code
- Company (optional)
Click Save to confirm the changes.
🚚 To Update Shipping Method & Price
Follow these steps to change the shipping method or delivery cost for a subscription:
Step 1: Locate the Shipping Method Section
- On the same subscription contract page, find the Shipping Method box on the right.
Step 2: Edit the Shipping Method
- Click the ✏️ pencil icon next to the current shipping option.
Step 3: Update Title & Price
- Change the Shipping Title (e.g., Standard Shipping, Express Shipping).
- Update the Shipping Price (e.g., $10.00 USD).
Step 4: Save Changes
Click the Update to save your changes.
These updates will apply to all upcoming scheduled subscription orders.
