Email communication plays a crucial role in providing a personalized, branded, and seamless experience in your Shopify subscription journey. With Easy Subscriptions, you can customize subscription email notifications—like order confirmations, billing updates, and status changes—to reflect your brand’s voice and boost customer trust.
Navigate to the ‘Settings’ option from the Menu in your Easy Subscription dashboard.
Then click on the “Notifications” option to manage email communication settings.

Click on the 1st edit icon next to the order confirmation notification.
Customize the sender name, email, subject line, and the email template.
Don’t forget to Save your changes.

Repeat the same process to customize the email sent when a subscription’s status changes (e.g., paused, canceled).
Update sender details, subject line, and modify the message body as needed.

Locate the Skip Billing notification settings.
Edit the subject line, sender info, and customize the template message for skipped billing cycles.

Use the Send a Test Email or Preview button to see how your customized notification will look before sending it to customers.
