Step-by-Step: How to Configure Customer Portal Settings #
- Access the Easy Subscriptions App:
Log in to your Shopify dashboard. Go to Apps → Easy Subscriptions. - Navigate to Settings:
From the Easy Subscriptions dashboard, click on Settings in the sidebar menu. - Open Customer Portal Settings:
Inside the Settings section, locate the Customer Portal tab to access your customization options. - Configure Customer Subscription Controls:
Enable or disable the following customer-facing subscription actions:- Pause and Resume Subscriptions: Toggle ON to allow customers to temporarily pause and later restart their subscription.
- Cancel Subscriptions: Toggle ON to let customers cancel subscriptions themselves. You can also:
- Set a Minimum Order Requirement: Define how many recurring orders must be completed before a cancellation is permitted (e.g., set to 0 if no minimum is required).
- Skip Next Order: Toggle ON to allow customers to skip their upcoming scheduled delivery or billing cycle.
- Save Changes:
After selecting the options that match your store’s subscription policy, click Save to apply the changes.
