The Customer Notifications feature in Easy Subscriptions allows you to keep your subscribers informed about important updates—such as new subscriptions, payment reminders, or upcoming deliveries—by sending branded, automated emails.

Step-by-Step Instructions #
Step 1: Navigate to Notification Settings #

From your Shopify Admin, go to Apps > Easy Subscriptions.

In the left-hand sidebar, click Settings.

Select Notifications from the list of available settings.

Step 2: Enable the Desired Notification Type #

Find the notification you want to activate (e.g., New Subscription Notification, Payment Reminder, Upcoming Order, etc.).

If the status shows “Off”, click the Turn On button to enable it.
Step 3: Edit the Email Template (Optional) #

Click Edit next to the notification type you want to customize.

You’ll be taken to an editor where you can:

Update the Subject Line to match your tone or include dynamic details.

Modify the Email Body (HTML) using:

Step 4: Preview or Send Test Email #

After editing, click Preview to view how the email will look to your customers.

To check the email in your inbox, click Send Test Email (top right) and enter your preferred email address.

Once satisfied with the content and layout, scroll down and click Save to apply your changes.
