Cancel, Pause, or Skip Subscription via Customer Portal #
Easy Subscriptions gives your customers full control over their recurring orders with flexible self-serve options. Whether they want to cancel a subscription, pause it temporarily, or skip a delivery, the process is quick and seamless directly from the Shopify customer portal.
We understand that preferences change. That’s why Easy Subscriptions provides an intuitive interface to manage subscription settings, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience.
Customers must first access their Shopify store account by logging in through your store’s customer login page.
Once logged in, customers should navigate to the Manage Subscriptions section from their account dashboard.
- Cancel Subscription: Select to permanently stop a recurring order.
- Pause Subscription: Temporarily halt the subscription and set a resume date.
- Skip an Order: Skip the next delivery while keeping the subscription active.
Customers will be prompted to confirm their choice. Once confirmed, changes are saved automatically.
A confirmation email will be sent to the customer’s registered email address summarizing the subscription changes.
