Overview #
The Analytics section of the Easy Subscriptions app offers powerful insights for Shopify merchants. Track key metrics like revenue, churn, new subscriptions, and total orders—all in one place. Use these reports to optimize your subscription strategy and improve customer retention.
Step 1: Access the Analytics Section
- Log in to your Shopify dashboard.
- Navigate to Apps > Easy Subscriptions.
- Click to launch the app and open the Analytics tab.
Step 2: Understand the Dashboard
The analytics dashboard provides:
- Subscriptions Revenue: Total income from active subscriptions.
- Active Subscriptions: Ongoing contracts.
- New Subscriptions: Subscriptions added during a selected period.
- Canceled Subscriptions: Tracks churned customers.
- Total Orders: Includes both recurring and one-time orders.
- Upcoming Orders: Orders scheduled for future dates.
Step 3: Use Date Filters
- Quick filters available: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last Month, Last 90 Days, Last Year
- You can also set a Custom Date Range with a start and end date.

Step 4: Monthly Overview
Use the monthly calendar view to see how your subscription activity evolves over time. This helps spot trends and improve planning.
