Introduction #

The Post-Purchase Page allows merchants to display offers after checkout completion.

 

This setting ensures that Easy Subscription is applied to the post-purchase experience for upsell and post-checkout use cases.

 

Why It Matters #

Configuring the Post-Purchase Page enables merchants to:

  • Present relevant offers after checkout

  • Support upsell and post-checkout workflows

  • Ensure the Easy Subscription app is correctly linked to checkout settings

This configuration is required for post-checkout upsell functionality to operate correctly.

 

How to Set Up the Post-Purchase Page #

 

Access the Easy Subscription App #

  • Log in to the Shopify admin panel

  • Open the Easy Subscription app

  • Click Settings

Open Checkout Settings #

  • In Settings, select Checkout

  • The Checkout settings page will open

Enable the Post-Purchase Page #

  • Scroll down to the Post-purchase page section

  • Select Easy Subscription from the dropdown

  • Click Save

  • This setup applies to both Upsell and Post-Checkout features

  • Ensure changes are saved before exiting the page
