To offer a seamless shopping and subscription experience to your global audience, you’ll first need to add the preferred language to your Shopify store, and then reflect the same in the Easy Subscriptions app.
Step 1: Add a New Language to Your Shopify Store #
1.Go to Shopify Admin Panel

- From your Shopify admin dashboard, click on Settings (bottom left corner).
2. Navigate to the Languages Section

- In the settings menu, click on Languages.
3. Click on “Add Language”

- Click the Add language button on the top-right of the screen.
4.Select Your Desired Language

- Choose the language you’d like to offer (e.g., French, Spanish, Arabic).
- Click Add to confirm.
5.Translate Using Shopify Translate & Adapt

- If you haven’t already, install Shopify Translate & Adapt (free app) to manage translations.
- Use it to translate your theme and storefront content into the selected language.
Step 2: Add the Same Language in the Easy Subscriptions App #
1.Open the Easy Subscriptions App

- Go back to the Apps section and click on Easy Subscriptions.
2.Go to the Language Settings

- In the Easy Subscriptions side menu, click Language.
3. Click “Add Language”

- On the top-right corner, click Add language.
4. Choose the Same Language You Added in Shopify

- From the dropdown, select the newly added language (e.g., French).
- Click Add.
5. Customize Subscription Widget & Portal Text if you wish to

- Update all relevant fields like:
- Add to Cart button text
- Bundle discount labels
- Customer portal messages, etc.
- These fields can be fully customized to suit local language preferences.
